Hoop | Fly & Flow
Intermediate

An aerial hoop class with focus on movement and transitions.
Participants must be able to invert and feel comfortable being upside down.

Hoop | Flex & Crunch
Intermediate
90 min
An aerial hoop class with focus on strength tricks and flexibility tricks such as splits and backbends.
Participants must be able to invert and feel comfortable being upside down.

Hoop | Drop & Roll
Intermediate
90 min
An aerial hoop class with focus on dynamic moves. We will challenge ourselves with some drops and rolls in the hoop.
Participants must be able to invert and feel comfortable being upside down.

Flex | Strong splits & happy hips
All levels
90 min
Flex class with focus on splits, both front splits and box splits. We give our hips a little extra loving as this is an area where we usually hold a lot of tension.
Wear warm clothes and socks for sliding on the floor. If you have sensitive knees it might be nice to bring some knee pads as well!
No prerequisites.

Flex | Twist & Bend
All levels
90 min
Flex class with focus on back and shoulders.
We will work on backbends, incorporating the whole spine, the shoulders and hips.
Twisting is very good to keep your back happy and healthy and we will put some focus on this as well.
No prerequisites.

Pole | Flex & Flow
Advanced
90 min
An advanced pole class with focus on flexy tricks and combinations.
A thorough warm up is included to prepare the body for more extreme poses.
Participants must be able to do aerial inverts, feel safe in inside and outside leg hang and comfortable in elbow and thigh grips.
